Disputes between the Co-Operative Society and its Member regarding the constitution, election of committee, management the affairs and business, conduct of meeting, are referred to the Co-Operative Court.

Our firm do undertake the Proceeding either filing or defending before the Co-Operative Court as well as Co-Operative Housing Registrar offices.

Our firm also provide the services on Retainer-ship basis so as to the affairs of the society are conducted observing the statutory requirements.
